Salt Box talks Revisited

Instead of watching summer re-runs on television, why not revisit some of our most popular Salt Box lectures on selected Tuesday evenings at North Hills Museum.

This program is designed for those who would like to discover and appreciate North Hills Museum and the surrounding community. Each session will include a power point presentation on a selected theme, a guided tour of the collection where applicable and refreshments. Each lecture is $6.00 per person. 7pm – 9pm

A survey of the history of stained glass from the Mesopotamians (c.3000 BC) to the hobbyists of today. Accompanied with examples from both the religious and the secular, from around the world to those found within our own community .We will also examine the process of manufacturing glass and the various methods used to create this timeless art form.
